Drawing upon 35 years of experience in small business management and pastoral ministry, Martin focuses his leadership consulting and training on team building and empowerment leadership. His personal coaching style combines pastoral care and inner healing—focusing upon self-worth and confidence. Many of his clients are pastors, ministry leaders and their teams. Martin leads Bethel Coaching at Bethel Church, in Redding, California, and teaches at Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry.
He lives in Redding, California with his wife Mollie of 40 years. They have three grown sons and 4 grandchildren, two horses and a dog, and are very thankful for the goodness of God on their lives and family!
